Yes! We specialise in fully custom cakes — made just for you.

❓ Can I customise a lunchbox cake?

Sorry, lunchbox cakes are not customisable.

They come in one standard flavour only:
🍫 Chocolate sponge + Nutella + fresh cream.
⚠️ If you have a nut allergy and want to remove Nutella, please DM or text us before ordering.

❓ Can I place an urgent last-minute order?

Forgot your girlfriend’s or hubby’s birthday? 

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! 🎁

We occasionally accept urgent orders if our schedule allows. Designs may be limited, but we’ll make it look like you planned it all along 💫

 Urgent fee applies: $10–$20 depending on cake size. 

Lunchbox cakes have a $5 urgent fee.

Step 3 – Confirm & Pay

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you payment details.
👉 Please place your order at least 3 days in advance.

⚠️ Payment must be completed within 24 hours after we send the details — otherwise, your order may be automatically cancelled.

We begin baking only after payment is received, so please ensure it’s completed at least 3 days before your pick-up or delivery date.
⏳ For custom cakes on weekends or holidays, we recommend ordering early!

❓ Do you offer delivery in Sydney?

Yes! We offer $9.90 flat-rate delivery across Sydney (on orders over $50).

⏰ Delivery window: 9 AM – 3 PM (exact time not guaranteed)
Delivery schedules may vary depending on daily routes and order volume, so please ensure someone is available during this time.

📞 Our driver will text or call 5–10 minutes before arrival to arrange handover.

⚠️ If we can’t reach the recipient or no one is home, the cake will be returned to our store and a re-delivery fee may apply.
