CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please note that there may be penalties for cancellations of orders as following.
• Cancelling the order 4 Days before the pick-up day: 40% Penalty
• Cancelling the order 3 Days before the pick-up day: 50% Penalty
• Cancelling the order 2 Days before the pick-up day: 60% Penalty
• Cancelling the order 1 Day before or on the day of pick-up: No refund.
• Please note that Consultation fee is non-refundable.
